Credit Tips: Orchard Bank Secured Credit Card

Post subject: Orchard Bank secured card ..they have my money but..

I applied for a secured credit card and was accepted after paying the required security. When I called the 800 number I was told I needed to provide proof of residence with a copy of my driver’s license and a couple of utility bills before the card will be activated. The credit card is one recommended by this website. Is it OK to send this info to them? Any opinion about the Orchard Bank credit card will be appreciated. Thank you, thank you! Lynn
