bank: Citi dividend platinum select
App./Den. Denied
CRA: Equifax
State: GA
Reason: The CRA serving your area has reported no credit history for you. I guess capital one doesn't report to Equifax.

Capital One does report to Equifax, you need to obtain copy of your credit report and make sure that they are - number is 800-685-1111 for Equifax to order credit report.
Let the creditor know if it is missing... so they can fix this mistake.
Might also be that Citi don't consider you to have enough history to your credit as well.

I thought about that, but I have been denied for that reason in the past and it said "insufficient credit history". This letter stated "no credit history".

Definitely obtain your Equifax credit report with the number I provided, they will mail it out within 24 hours. And that way you will get phone number and file number to access customer service if you need to call the agency direct for help.
You can also contact Capital One customer service, forward them a copy of the credit report - showing that the account is missing, and request that they update their tapes... ask for their reporting department or manager that can help with this matter.
