RBS Credit Card (issued by Citizens Bank of Rhode Island)

I got a pre-approved notice from them. I was wondering if they are legit or not? Any feedback would be greatly appreicated.

RBS is Royal Bank of Scotland which is doing a big push to get heavily into the US banking scene.

It would be fine to fill out your pre-approval they have been around a long time in my area and have a good reputation. They also just bought out People’s Bank CC’s.
