Credit Tips: Request for Credit Card Advice

Can anyone tell me if I would be approved for a cap 1 card? I keep getting guaranteed pre-approval offers and my last credit report said that my score has been increasing little by little, but I NEED more credit (only have 1 revolving card now). I really need another card, but don’t know my chances. I am unemployed now, but am an artist, so I get around $500-$700/month from selling artwork on the side. The app asks for Household income…is that just all of mine, or is that both my fiance’s and mine? I live in Texas and my fico scores are: Trans U 599; Equifax 638; and Experian 649. Thanks for your opinions!
