Citi Professional Cash Credit Card Review

Post subject: Citi Professional Cash

I’m really interested in getting the Citi professional Cash. Thing is that I don’t want to open a new credit card, I’d prefer to convert. I called and asked to convert to it and the CSR said it can’t be done.
So my question is has anyone ever converted to a Citi Professional or was the CSR right?

Sorry, no experience. Call again and get another CSR. See if they give you the same story.

They gave me a hard time about re-allocating some of the limit from my AA card to the Professional card. I called a few times and got the same answer.

YOU CAN RELOCATE WITH THS CARD, AND YOU CANNOT CONVERT. THE PROFESSIONAL CARDS ARE PART OF THE BUSINESS CARD LINE. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO OWN A BUSINESS TO GET THIS CARD. IT ALSO REPORTS TO YOUR PERSONAL CREDIT REPORT

X2. This card is a Citi Business product that does in fact report on your personal bureau. I reallocated some monies from my Simplicity card to this card but is was a “Hassle” and I ended up with a hard pull.

They do not allow me to re-allocate.

When I call the people at the Professional number they say they can’t because my AA is a world MC and had no preset limit.

When I call the people at the AA number they say they can but then when they see it’s the professionl card they say they can’t because they think this card is a Biz card and it is not, I clarify that for them they say they know but it is still part of the Biz cards even though it’s actually a personal card.

I have tried calling each number about 6 times a piece to no avail.

Use PlanetFeedback and send a letter to the president’s office. Someone from there should call you and make this happen. It worked for me, and has for several others.
