I AM A HAITAN CITIZEN, I AM IN HAITI, I WANT TO APPLY FOR A CREDIT CARD TO MAKE PURCHASE FROM EBAY AND IN OTHER WEB SITE. I DON’T HAVE A SOCIAL SECURITY # BECAUSE I AM NOT A US RESIDENT. SO TELL ME THE PROCESS TO FOLLOW TO GET THE CARD……….

Try going to a site such a hsbs where they serve other countries. I’m not sure what the requirements are but you’ll probably have better luck there. Since no bank is issuing credit cards in the US with the new federal regs, I doubt you’ll find much luck here.
