I’m not happy with the service from Customer service. Twice I have called & was told the system was down but would take care of the problem. Well guess what they didn’t so now I have to make a 3rd call to straighten it out. We bought something that was not to have finance charges if paid off in by a certain date. We did this way in advance, but we were charged finance charges. Customer service couldn’t explain why & said would adjust off. This hasn’t been done and it is going on 3 months. I worry it will reflect on my credit report! Will never buy from the store offering this card again!

What store was it? If customer service said they would adjust it, they probably will if it’s a reputable store.

Finance charges won’t show up on your credit reports. That’s not considered negative information and should have no adverse effect.

But if as a result of these charges you are over-the-limit or late, there’s cause for concern. That may show up on the credit report.
