I’ve had my Chase card since 11/04, and have a FICO score of 623, and have yet to receive a CLI.
It could be because I have too many cards I am using too much of my credit though…
Good luck.

I have had a Chase Visa card since 2/05 and no CLI (haven’t asked, either).

You’re assuming that a CLI depends on your credit score, depends ONLY on your credit score, and depends on the particular credit score that you mention. Only Chase knows its standards for CLIs, and it certainly depends on many other factors than a mere credit score, regardless of the particular score. (You mention a FICO score–there are many FICO scores. I doubt you can buy the score that Chase uses.)
Best thing to do is to ask for a CLI from Chase. If you’re declined, you’ll be given some reason. Then you’ll have some basis for trying to improve your profile to match Chase’s criteria.
CLIs, like the CLs themselves, are a mystery. Apply for two Chase cards on the same day and I’ll wager you’ll get different limits on each. And the limit you do get will depend on your income, your current indebtedness, your history with Chase (if any), what other banks have given you for credit, how long it’s been since your previous CLI (if any), and so forth and so on. You want a CLI? Then apply for one. Worse thing that can happen is that you won’t get it.
