Requesting A Credit Card Limit Increase

OK, I finally hit nine months of owning my BofA Platinum card. So I'm trying to request a CLI - but how do I do it? Did anyone do it online?

I sign into Online Banking, and click on the card. I assume there would be an option somewhere to click on (like the ones I see for "Pay this card" or "Inquire about a payment".)

I feel stupid - this should be easy. I'm sure I could call them, but there has to be a way to do this online.

Thanks in advance.

I was told that you get an automatic CL increase after the 9 months of having the account open and that it will show on your statement and online. I still have 4 months to go on mine.

It is under account activity in the bottom left hand corner under 'customer service'. If you are not automatically approved online, it will list a phone number for you to call so that you can ask a CSR and this may result in a hard inquiry
