Does anyone give low interest charges or fees for cash advance anymore/ The first one I had (Citi Preferred) did them free!

MBNA has one of the lowest APRs for cash advances but they charge a transaction fee which could be as much as $75. If you want a substantial cash advance (like 5K or more), MBNA is a good place to get it.
