I was approved for a Chase Rewards Plus card in January. I want to get a Citibank Dividend card too, how long do I need to wait before applying?

It's really a question of how well established your credit already is, and how many other recent inquiries you've had. If your credit is several years old, and you haven't applied for anything except that Chase card in the past while, you'd stand good chances of being approved. If the Chase card was your first card, and you haven't applied for anything else yet, the chnces are a bit slimmer, but there's still a pretty good shot. Either way, it'll just be one more inquiry, which won't do anything very significant no matter what, so it wouldn't really hurt you to apply.
