0% Interest Rate on Credit Cards

Hi All,

Does anyone know of a good credit with 0% interest rate for one year besides Discover card or Citibank.

I hesitate to reapply with Discover because of a sour parting of ways about one year ago, although my credit with them was good.

Citibank only have 0% interest for one year for balance transfers only! I would prefer one with 0% interest for new purchases. Any suggestions?

I’ve read posts about Providian mailing pre-approved offers for 0% APR on new purchases (if you BT $100 at the goto rate, curently 10.9 % + No BT fees). Not a bad deal. However, it is not advertised so you cannot apply for it. Kinda like invitation only.
