i have a credit card with a fixed rate of 5.9%. when searching the web pages i can’t find any that come close. this card is a platinum card provided by providian bank. is this to good to be true?

i’ve had this card for over a year. the card is just a platinum card by providian. this also is not an introductory rate, and as far as i know our credit rating is excellent. thanks for responding
