I have never had a problem with AmEx. I am very happy with the cards and also with their customer service. I have two cards with them, Blue cash and rewards plus gold. I am especially happy with the rewards plus gold.

I was happy with their customer service and products. But right now I have a dispute with them (someone used my card to buy some uk computer!) and its not been settled despite it being 2+ months.

I'm praying truth will win out but who knows, so not too happy with them right now.
