You can make her an authorized user of your card by a phone call. Or just give her the card to make the purchase--usually no one cares what name is on the card or what the signature looks like.
Why can't you make the same purchase yourself by phone, by mail, or over the Internet?

If I put my sister as a authorized user. Is it temporary? Can I set valid period, or I have to cancel by calling her after finished?
If I borrow card without authorizing her, the seller may refuse that?

If you add a temporary user by a phone call, you can remove that user by a similar phone call. It's no problem. I don't think banks are set up so you can add and remove with one phone call, but there's no harm asking when you call.
If she just takes and uses your credit card, someone might notice and care--or not. No way to know until you try. Somewhere on the Internet there's a site of a guy who makes fun of the whole situation by signing his credit card receipts "fake user" or "stolen card" and the clerk happily accepts it...as long as authorization isn't refused by the automatic system!
