This card as it states on the bottom of the statement Calling will not preserve your billing-error rights. Neither will give you a full detailed statement what you purchased or when you purchase whatever products you have. It will only give you information like your credit limited and your total balance of your purchases. Requesting a full detailed of your items purchased Target can only send you receipts by mail, not by e-mail or Fax. After waiting for one whole week all is send to you is only half of what you purchased not all. Target card services to my honest opinions they are a very bad business and unfair business practice. In addition for a 5% discount is not worth getting into with their high interest PURCHASES 22.90% APR plus they might be over charging you don't know a thing about. My true advise if you have this card is save your purchase receives and keep track of your purchases, hey easier to say than being, I know and so they also know that too. very unfair a brand you trust feels they can steal from you and 90% of us won't know about and why should they want you too. making easy money is easy lets lough louder because whom solely trust on Target Brand they are easy being robbed why not, why not lough aloud.

I've had my Redcard since 1998, I have a high balance on my account and I religiously pay $300.00 per month. I called Target to get the APR lowered and they are not able to do that, according to the representative, they review the account and do it automatically. The rates on my account go up not down. The 5% savings I receive using my Redcard isn't worth the headache, I can receive more points using my Amex that has a 0% APR. I decided to transfer the entire balance of this ridiculously high APR Target card to another creditor that has been very willing to reward me for my impeccable pay ethic. They make it nearly impossible to actually pay the card off with their high interest rates. I have been a long time Target shopper and had been a loyal shopper, but no more. I shredded the card and I'm closing the account.
