Special Notes:
 APR for Balance Transfers: 0% introductory APR for the first 12 billing cycles following account opening when the balance is transferred within the first 90 days following account opening. Late Payment Fee and Returned Payment Fee: Up to $35 each. Balance Transfer Fee: Either $5 or 3% of the amount of each balance transfer, whichever is greater. Cash Advance Fee: Either $10 or 4% of each cash advance, whichever is greater. As per the online application, the states available to apply for PNC credit cards are: AL DE DC FL GA IL IN KY MD MI MO NC NJ OH PA SC VA WI WV.     This does not work like a traditional credit card. The interest on purchases accrues the moment you make the purchase, not after it appears on your statement and you don't pay it in full (like most cards). The local bank employees did't even understand this until they checked our why I was charged interest when I had made no purchases. Don't get this card.
