If you spend $650 in the first 3 months, you receive 20,000 bonus points. The card carries a very lengthy, low introductory purchase and balance transfer APR. This card requires excellent credit. The post-introductory APR is decent. Downside: You pay a balance transfer fee of 3% (minimum $10 and maximum $250) and a moderate penalty APR.
