 Applicant must be at least 18 yrs of age, have a US address, Social Security number, and have minimum annual household income of $12,000. Your due date is 24 - 30 days after the close of each billing cycle. You will not be charged interest on Purchases if you pay your entire balance by the due date each month. Not all products offer overdraft protection. Foreign Transaction Fee: 2% of each foreign purchase transaction or foreign ATM advance transaction in US dollars; or 3% of each foreign purchase transaction or foreign ATM advance transaction in a foreign currency. Late payment fee, returned payment fee and over the limit fee are up to $35 each. Balance Transfer fee: Either $5 or 3% of the amount of each transfer, whichever is greater for the first 6 billing cycles. After that, either $10 or 4% of the amount of each transfer, whichever is greater. The cash advance fee is $10 or 4% of the advance amount, whichever is greater, except in the case of cash equivalent advances. For cash equivalent advances the fee is $20 or 4%, whichever is greater.
