by Card Expert Curtis ArnoldI like this card because it offers one of the lowest APRs available. There is also a low rate introductory offer on purchases and balance transfers processed during the first 3 months. There are no annual fees. Transfer fees are lower than normal with this card at 2%. Downside: Excellent credit rating (defined as free of all derogatory comments) required. Candidate must have a minimum 6 months employment with current employer. Verification and proof of income required for both applicant and joint applicant. There are no rewards with this card.
