I like this card because rewards consumers for responsible behavior in the form of a 2% APR reduction and bonus points when you pay on time and stay within your credit limit. Make a purchase, stay under your credit limit, and pay on time 3 consecutive periods and you can reduce your APR. It also offers bonus points after you make $650 in purchases and for signing up for paperless statements within the first 3 months. With the APR reduction, it has a decent APR for a reward points credit card. The rewards program offers 5x points for purchases on books, movies, music, and restaurants.
