As everyone should, I manage my cash very well and that might mean making daily credit card payments should the need arise. Chase limits you to making only one payment within a 3-day period. So if you want to pay down your balance in order to make a big purchase to get the points, you can't if you recently submitted another payment. The restriction is ridiculous. When I tried to send them a complain via their website, it gave me an error after clicking send, after I had already spent 15 minutes explaining the issue. This brings up another issue, which is their website often doesn't work, especially for items related to customer service. Their customer service in general is very poor and unorganized - they don't communicate with each other. You can have an hour long conversation with one person and then the next person you speak with to follow up on it says "well, I don't see any notes in here." I try not to do business with this company any more.

Chase Freedom is so secure I've had numerous problems using my card: they reject just about every transaction over $100, and they don't always lift the hold after I call in. They won't approve me for higher credit limits (despite the fact that other companies will). I'm usually over 30% of my credit limit, which means my credit score nose dived after opening this card. Even with an increase in salary after graduation they won't increase my credit limit. Their website is also one of the more confusing websites I've used and the mobile app lacks in power. There is no option to auto enroll in rewards so you have to enroll every month or lose the benefits. On the plus side, they have decent rewards.
