 Applicant must be at least 16 years of age, have a US address and social security number, and a qualifying co-signer who earns at least $12,000 annually. Your due date is 24 - 30 days after the close of each billing cycle. You will not be charged interest on Purchases if you pay your entire balance by the due date each month. Not all products offer overdraft protection. Foreign Transaction Fee: 2% of each foreign purchase transaction or foreign ATM advance transaction in US dollars; or 3% of each foreign purchase transaction or foreign ATM advance transaction in a foreign currency. Returned payment fee is up to $35. Late payment fee is up to $35. Over the limit fee is up to $35. Overdraft protection is not available on all products. The cash advance fee is $10 or 4% of the advance amount, whichever is greater, except in the case of cash equivalent advances. For cash equivalent advances the fee is $20 or 4%, whichever is greater.
