 Applicant must be 18 years of age, have a U.S. address, Social Security number, and a minimum annual household income of $12,000. Foreign Transaction: 2% of each foreign purchase transaction or foreign ATM advance transaction in U.S. Dollars 3% of each foreign purchase transaction or foreign ATM advance transaction in a Foreign Currency. Late Payment Fee, Over the Limit Fee, and Returned Payment Fee: up to $35. Your due date is 24 - 30 days after the close of each billing cycle. The card company will not charge you interest on Purchases if you pay your entire balance by the due date each month. Balance Transfer Fee: Either $5 or 3% of the amount of each transfer, whichever is greater for the first 6 billing cycles. After that, either $10 or 4% of the amount of each transfer, whichever is greater. The cash advance fee is $10 or 4% of the advance amount, whichever is greater, except in the case of cash equivalent advances. For cash equivalent advances the fee is $20 or 4%, whichever is greater.
