 A 1% International Transaction Fee will be assessed on all transactions where the merchant country differs from the country of the card issuer. The converted transaction amount will be shown separately from the International Transaction Fee on your billing statement. A 0.8% fee will be assessed on foreign transactions where a currency conversion is not performed. There is a 25 day grace period. If account is paid within 25 days, there will be no finance charge. Late payment fee is up to $20, if the payment is not received within 10 days of the due date. Returned payment fee is up to $20. Minimum Interest Charge: A minimum payment of up to 1% of the Cardholder’s Total New Balance plus any new finance fees plus any late fees or $10.00, whichever is greater, must be paid by the Payment Due Date. APR on Cash Advances and Balance Transfers: For all cardholders the FINANCE CHARGE is computed by applying the periodic rate of .83% per month (ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE OF 9.99%) to the Average Daily Balance of such Advances from the date processed to the date the card company receives your payment in full.
