The creditlimit is a joke ...they pulled equifax.
I'm confused. Did you get an "inquire" (inquiry?), did you get an offer for an account with a $3,000.00 limit, or did you get the actual card?
Some people would drool over a $3,000.00 limit while others think it's too small. It depends on the individual and what you're going to use the card for. I have some accounts with a $2,000.00 limit that are perfectly adequate. I have others with a $25,000.00 limit.

When I got mine, there was no hard inquiry and the account just showed up on the paypal website and on my credit report.
