Washinton Mutual is issuing this card which features 0% balance transfer for six months and 0% fee is the transfer is initiated within 90 days of card activation.

Here's some highlights from the T&C:

All rates can go as high as 31.99% (variable) if you pay late, exceed your credit line, or make a payment that is returned unpaid. Variable rates are current as of January 2007. Minimum Finance Charge: $1. Balance Transfer Fee: $0 for balances transferred within 90 days of account opening; after that, 3% (min $5, max $75). Cash Advance Fee: 3% (min $10). We may change the terms of your account at any time in accordance with applicable law and the Account Agreement

mouse has one. I've gotten 2 solicitations for this card. Haven't decided on whether I'll apply though.
