Washinton Mutual is issuing this card which features 0% balance transfer for six months and 0% fee is the transfer is initiated within 90 days of card activation.

Here's some highlights from the T&C:

mouse has one. I've gotten 2 solicitations for this card. Haven't decided on whether I'll apply though.
