Post subject: umbrella bank, what do you think?
I'm considering this secured, its from Umbrella Bank. Is this bank trustworthy? Thanks in advance for your posts.

late payment fee is only $10 (just in case) vs. ochard which is $75
16.9 % Fixed APR*
No Application or Processing Fee
Worldwide acceptance at millions of locations, including instant cash at ATMs
Conveniences such as check cashing, everyday purchases, medical emergencies, catalog and mail sales, reservations and payment for car rentals, hotels and other travel related services.
Quick turnaround. Receive your VISA within 2 weeks if you send a cashier's check or money order with a completed and signed application.
You set your credit limit. Deposit $500 dollars and receive a $500 credit limit.
Continue to increase your credit limit simply by sending additional deposits of $100 or more.
Establish a Savings Plan. Every dollar deposited will be placed into an FDIC-insured Savings Account, earning interest at the rate then in effect. The current annual percentage yield (APY) on the Savings Account is 0.10%. Additional deposits will also earn interest.

The fee for late payments should not be a factor. You WILL NOT be late.
I see no mention that this Umb Bank can turn into an unsecured card. That is a nice benefit and a way of showing you how your credit is improving.
I'd still go Orchard or Cap 1.
