Synopsis: Torn up credit card application taped up and submitted -- card successfully issued...to an alternate address, activated through an alternate phone number!

I also shread everything and use a cross cut shredder. some people have the patience to tape strips together, but usually not little pieces of confetti paper..lol.

AND

I divide the scaps into two diff trash bags put out in diff weeks.
