Post subject: Tips on Making the Decision to File Bankruptcy

I currently make $50,000 per year at my job in NJ. I owe 135,000 in credit card debt. I do NOT own a home nor a car with much value. Would I have a hard time getting approved for a Chap 11 Bankruptcy? Would they garnish my wages? Please help!!

I don't know, you would really need to speak with an attorney, but you can look up your state here to review what would be required for what type of bankruptcy you can go for.
