Grace Period for Repayment of Balances for Purchases:

You have 25 days to repay your balance for purchases before a finance charge on purchases will be imposed. If the new balance is not paid in full within 25 days, a finance charge will apply to both the balance remaining (including current billing cycle transactions) and to all transactions during succeeding billing cycles until the new balance is paid in full.

Method of Computing the Balance for Purchases:

Average daily balance method (including current transactions). The finance charge for a billing cycle is computed by applying the "Monthly Periodic Rate" to the average daily balance of Credit Purchases, which is determined by dividing the sum of the daily balances during the billing cycle by the number of days in the cycle. To get the "Monthly Periodic Rate" applicable to the current billing cycle, the APR in effect is divided by 12. Each daily balance of Credit Purchases is determined by adding to the outstanding unpaid balance of Credit Purchases at the beginning of the billing cycle any new Credit Purchases made on your account, and subtracting any payments as received and credits as posted to your account, but excluding any unpaid Finance Charges.

If at the end of a billing period your minimum payment from any preceding billing period remains due and unpaid, the APR will be billed at eighteen percent (18%) per annum (Monthly Periodic Rate of 1.5%), and will stay at that rate until the account is brought to a current status. In that event, any introductory/special rate on balance transfers will terminate. When the account is brought current, the regular purchase rate will apply.

I know Pulaski Bank looks tempting - it was one on my wish list - this is not an easy card to get. This company has underwriting requirements (and they will deem what your appropriate over-all credit limits should be and extend credit in respect to how much you have left.

Example if you make $20,000 per year and they deem $2,000 to be allowable, then if you already have one card with a $1,500 credit limit - and they approve you - then all that you will get from them is $500 difference.

Also concern in their policy of selling accounts to other lenders, and the fear that you get transferred out with a forced change in interest rate terms then what you got inititally through them.

*** This company pulls through TransUnion for approval.
