American Express Offers Gala Benefit Exclusive Access Among NYC Fashion Week Perks
Only American Express Cardmembers will have access to one of Fashion Week's hottest events. Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York, will host a special fashion event under the tent in Bryant Park on February 12. Naomi Campbell's Fashion For Relief -Haiti NYC, 2010 will feature exclusive pieces by some of the world's most famous designers, modeled by many of today's hottest actors, models, and musicians. Participants in previous Naomi Campbell benefit events have included Beyoncé, Iman, Kate Moss, Boy George, and Claudia Schiffer. Fashions exhibited at the event will later be auctioned online, with ticket sales and auction proceeds benefitting Haitian relief efforts.

Through a partnership with Ticketmaster, American Express can offer its Cardmembers the exclusive opportunity to purchase tickets for the special event, just one of many benefits the company will provide Fashion Week attendees. In addition to offering Cardmembers "insider access" experiences to 40 runway shows, American Express has also sponsored a conference for emerging fashion bloggers and made a significant donation to support designer education through the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund.
