Review: This is a great company that offers credit cards for every needs.
Payments are posted fast specially if you use their online payment from their
web site. They give you the ability to charge over your limit if you need to
(emergency, air plane tickets) just be careful to pay the overlimit amount
before the billing cycle is over so you do not get charge the $29 over the
limit fee (this option can be removed from your account). I got the Platimum
card with 0% introduction and 8.9% rate afterward; no annual fee.

Review: I applied online in March, website stated the card would arrive in
approx. 14 days. Did not recieve the card until over 30 days after calling
them twice. I then asked to have 200 dollars posted to my account on 5/14 it
is now almost June and money has still not been posted to the card but was
withdrawn from my checking acct. When I called cust. service they said my
card was not active even though I had used the card right after I (finally)
recieved it. All they said was to call back the next day to talk to a supervisor,
who will know something (they knew nothing then and there)! I called back the
next day and just told me the exact same thing! I think I'm just going to call
againt to recollect my money and close this useless account!

Worst Feature: Never a supervisor available seem to procrastinate fixing a
problem

Review: My first USA card is very trouble free and convenient to use. I was
attracted to the card with a very low interest rate promotion. I have been
happy with it and the customer service that I have recieved. About a year
ago, I had lost my wallet, called the credit card company and reported it.
They cancelled the card and had a new one in my mailbox in 3 days. The only
problem I had was when they upgraded me to a platinum card. They sent me a
new card without notice, and invalidated my old card. Normally I cut up and
throw out credit cards that are sent to me in the mail, but this time I hadn't
gotten around to it yet. You cannot turn down a card upgrade. As much as I
hate credit cards, if I have to carry one, this one is it.

college they gradually raised the interst rate. It is 5% higher now than it
was before I graduated!

Review: My family has travelled on many free Southwest Airlines flights
because of the flight credit benefit from First USA Visa. For every $1000
that you charge, you receive 1 flight credit. 16 flight credits gives you a
free Southwest Airlines round-trip anywhere they fly. I have always found
fabulous customer service with First USA, and find their online account site
to be easily navigable and very helpful. Statements are easy to read, and
all in all, it's been a great company to be in business with!
